Representatives of ENERGO-PRO met with residents of the Varna village of Bolyartsi on issues about electricity supply

Mobile office of ENERGO-PRO was organized on December 13 in the Varna village of Bolyartsi, municipality of Avren. The mobile reception gave the residents the opportunity to discuss with the energy company the quality of electricity supply in the area, as well as to take advantage of requesting services and inquiries, for which a visit to the Customer Service Center is necessary. The initiative is in line with ENERGO-PRO's policy of open dialogue with consumers. The Company takes into account any feedback when planning the investment and repair programs of the Group's electricity distribution company in order to improve the quality of the supplied electricity. The main preventive activities of the teams of ERP North are regular surveys and inspections of the network, the prevention of the facilities before the autumn-winter period is strictly implemented. In addition, managers in the company maintain close contact with mayors and deputy mayors in the event of problems with the power supply in the areas they manage.
Based on the dialogue model ENERGO-PRO will summarize and analyze the opinions of customers in the village of Bolyartsi and will foresee future measures in organizing the operational activities on the network in the municipality of Avren. In 2021 alone, the investments of ERP North in the municipality amounted to 230 thousand leva, which include reconstruction of medium and low voltage overhead network, construction of a new low voltage network, construction of telemechanics in Priseltsi node station, making of thresholds, replacement of reinforced concrete pillars, insulators, consoles.
Local government officials are aware of planned facility rehabilitation outages in order to coordinate activities with minimal disruption to the power supply of consumers in the affected areas.
