Reception day of the leadership of ENERGO-PRO in Veliko Tarnovo

After the reception day of the ENERGO-PRO management held yesterday in Ruse, today, April 10, 2014, the company organized meetings of citizens and companies with the manager Stefan Abadzhiev in Veliko Tarnovo. The meetings were held in the building of the Municipality with the kind assistance of the Mayor, Eng. Daniel Panov. The meetings were also attended by the Director of Customer Service of ENERGO-PRO Maria Dimitrova and the manager of Distribution and Service Center Veliko Tarnovo, Pencho Minchev.

The initiative, part of the campaign “At the service of the customer”, provides an opportunity for customers to personally meet and ask their questions related to the company's activities in direct dialogue with the manager and representatives of the management team. The project was launched in February and so far continues to enjoy great interest among customers.

During each meeting, individual customer cases are discussed in depth, and the company's management offers options and options for their resolution. This is another way to shorten the customer-company relationship. In some cases, a decision is reached within the specific meeting, and in other cases a detailed legal analysis is required before proceeding with the resolution of the case.

The issues that customers from the Veliko Tarnovo region asked the management were in the widest range - from the structure of electricity prices reflected in the invoices, to complex legal cases related to property disputes and connection of objects to the electricity distribution network. As a rule, a large percentage of the questions asked to the management of the company are of a technical nature related to the operation of the electrical network.

Here is what Ivan Pavlov from Veliko Tarnovo shared: “I met with the management of ENERGO-PRO to ask a question related to the power supply wires of a neighboring house. I am satisfied with the meeting. The representatives of the electric company undertook to assist me.”

Tomorrow, April 11, 2014, a reception day will be held in the city of Varna, which is the second in a row, due to the fact that the Varna region is distinguished by a large number of investment projects that require significant investments for the development of the electricity distribution network and active coordination on the part of the company. Due to the large number of people wishing to meet with the management of the company in Varna, a third date for reception day in the city is planned on April 30.
