Reception day in the city of Targovishte and a meeting with the mayors of municipalities and chairmen of municipal councils from the district was held by the leadership of ENERGO-PRO
Yesterday, March 12, 2014, the management of ENERGO-PRO once again provided the opportunity to customers in direct contact to seek a solution to specific cases related to the electricity distribution network or simply to obtain a consultation. The initiative “Leadership Reception Day”, launched on the occasion of the upcoming World Consumer Day, was held in the building of the Distribution Service Center of the company in the city of Targovishte. The meeting was hosted by Stefan Abadzhiev, Manager of ENERGO-PRO, Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service and Diyan Hristov, Manager of Distribution Service Center Shumen and Targovishte.
The questions that the residents of Targovishte district put before the management staff of the company were related to changing the metering tariff, possibilities and conditions for deferred payment of the electricity bill, connection of new objects to the network, explanation of various regulatory requirements and procedures and others.

After the meeting with residents of Targovishte district, the management of ENERGO-PRO also held a meeting with representatives of the local government from the district. The occasion for the discussion with mayors of municipalities and chairmen of municipal councils was the current state of the electricity distribution network in the area and the possibilities for closer cooperation for the benefit of customers. Regular meetings with representatives of the local authorities on the territory of North-Eastern Bulgaria started at the end of last year in order to maintain an intensive dialogue and strengthen the interaction between the two countries.
During the meeting, Mr. Abadzhiev traditionally presented information on the investments made in the electricity infrastructure in the district until the end of 2013. In the period 2006-2013, the funds invested by the company in the development and improvement of the electricity distribution network in Targovishte region exceeded BGN 11 million. The topic of discussion was also the planned investment projects of ENERGO-PRO Networks in the area in 2013, which remained unrealized due to the costs not recognized by the State Regulator in the final prices of electricity.
The mayors, for their part, shared concrete proposals on how together they can be useful to the people of the region and expressed readiness for closer interaction and search for ways to solve current issues related to electricity supply in Targovishte district.
