Email fraud attempts continue on behalf of ENERGO-PRO

During the past week, ENERGO-PRO customers received e-mails with the subject “ENERGO-PRO Invoice” and an attached ZIP archive. These emails were not sent from ENERGO-PRO's servers.

The authentic invoices that ENERGO-PRO sends to its customers are PDF attachments. They are not compressed in a ZIP archive and are digitally signed with a qualified electronic signature. The sender's e-mail address is always invoice@energo-pro.bg.

This is not the first attempt to misuse the company's name. Customers have reported misleading sites where users are invited to click on gift pictures to win a prize on behalf of ENERGO-PRO. Some time ago, unknown persons posed as employees of the electricity company, convincing people to pay their electricity bill in cash at an address. Please note that ENERGO-PRO employees never collect money at customers' homes, and all campaigns initiated by ENERGO-PRO are announced on the official website at: https://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/Kampanii.
