Electricity production from renewable energy sources in North-East Bulgaria is limited to 60% as required by the ESO

On June 13, 2015, by order of the Electricity System Operator (ESO), the production of electricity from renewable energy sources in the territory of North-East Bulgaria was limited to 60% from 10:00 to 17:00. The restriction is imposed in connection with the security of the operation of the national electricity system.
