Electricity production from wind power plants on the territory of North-East Bulgaria is limited by 60% as required by ESO

By order of the Electricity System Operator, the production of electricity from wind power plants on the territory of North-East Bulgaria is limited by 60% from 9:00 a.m. on April 5 to 7:00 a.m. on April 6, 2014. The restriction was imposed due to the impossibility of maintaining a balance between the production and consumption of electrical energy in the electricity system.
