The production of electricity from renewable energy sources in the territory of North-East Bulgaria is limited to 40% as required by the ESO

Today, 30 March 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ENERGO-PRO Networks will limit the production of electricity from renewable energy sources on the territory of North-Eastern Bulgaria. Production is limited to 40% of the installed capacity of power plants, due to the impossibility of maintaining a balance between production and consumption of electrical energy in the power system. The restriction is at the discretion of the Electricity System Operator.
