Electricity production from renewable sources in the territory of North-East Bulgaria will be limited by 40%

The production of electricity from solar farms and wind power plants connected to the power distribution network of ENERGO-PRO Grids will be limited on tomorrow, April 26, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The limitation of 40% of electricity production from renewable sources (RES) is at the discretion of the Electricity System Operator, due to the need to maintain a balance between production and consumption in the electricity system. The order does not apply to power plants connected to Kavarna and Balchik substations. The company is notifying the plants, which tomorrow must limit their production.
