The first customers of ENERGO-PRO have already taken advantage of the company's initiative “Leadership Reception Day”
Residents of Dobrich district had the opportunity to ask their questions to company managers
Yesterday, 19.02.2014, the third consecutive “Leadership Acceptance Day” was held in the city of Dobrich. The initiative is part of the ENERGO-PRO campaign “At the service of the customer”, launched on the occasion of World Consumer Day — March 15. The first day of admission was announced as February 5 in the city of Ruse, and a week later, February 12, it was designated as reception in the city of Silistra. The initiative of the company provides for the organization of meetings with clients according to a previously announced schedule in different cities of North-Eastern Bulgaria. Within yesterday, seven clients from Dobrich region took the opportunity to ask their questions and seek a solution to specific cases related to ENERGO-PRO's activities, directly from Mrs. Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service and Mr. Velislav Disliev, Manager of Distribution Service Center Dobrich.
“For our clients, the Leadership Reception Day initiative is an excellent opportunity to introduce in direct contact a manager or director in the company with a specific problem that they encounter in connection with a given activity of the company. Our goal is to shorten the distance between ENERGO-PRO's management team and customers as much as possible. For us, it is of paramount importance that they are satisfied both with the services we offer and with the time we are willing to devote, in the case of an individual case, for the solution of which they would prefer to have the opportunity to have a meeting with a senior manager. Thus, in direct contact, they can state additional facts, explain their position and seek expert opinion directly from the people responsible for the implementation of the regulatory framework in the energy sector. In a conversation, the points of view and specific complex issues related to the daily work of the electricity distribution and electricity supply company can be clarified in more detail”, explained Mrs. Dimitrova.
At the meeting held yesterday in the city of Dobrich, the two executives from ENERGO-PRO discussed with each of the clients inquiries of both a private nature and of a more general nature. These are cases related to the explanation of electricity bills, energy efficiency consultations and change of metering tariffs. There was also an individual case study outside the scope of core customer service activities. Mr. Yordan Stoev, representative of Topola Zapad, took advantage of the reception day to discuss with the management of the company issues related to the ownership of a private network in a villa area of the village of Topola, Kavarna municipality.
“I was extremely impressed by the company's decision to create such reception rooms for meeting customers in cities. I believe that in this way, by acquiring a mutual vision on both sides, there is an opportunity to solve problems more easily and effectively. Thank you for having the opportunity to meet with the team.”, Mr. Stoev shared his impression.
Next week, the reception day will be held in the city of Varna, and according to the previously announced schedule, it will take place on Wednesday, February 26, at 10.00. To date, the interest of residents of Varna and the residents of the district for a meeting with the management of ENERGO-PRO is extremely high. In addition to Maria Dimitrova, the manager of ENERGO-PRO Varna, Mr. Stefan Abadzhiev and Mr. Anatoly Mitev, manager of Distribution Service Center Varna, will participate in the reception day announced in Varna.
