Public discussion of draft General Terms and Conditions for the supply of electricity by a supplier of last resort

Text of the news: ENERGO-PRO Sales AD offers for public discussion a draft of General Terms and Conditions for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort (General Terms and Conditions). In addition to the project, the company has published Rules for Working with Energy Service Users, which are part of the General Terms and Conditions, pursuant to Art. 38c, para. 3 of the Energy Act. They regulate the procedure and time limits for receiving, examining, checking and responding to complaints, alerts and suggestions, the format of consumption data and the procedure by which consumers gain access to them.

The General Terms and Conditions and the Rules for Working with Consumers are subject to approval by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC). Before submitting them for approval to the EWRC, the company should conduct a public consultation procedure. In this regard, on 08.12.2021 ENREGO-PRO Sales AD announced the start of the procedure for public discussion of the draft General Terms and Conditions and the draft Rules for Working with Users of Energy Services.
