The average household bill for April is BGN 39.97

ENERGO-PRO has completed the billing of its customers' consumption for April. In connection with the new electricity prices entered into force by a decision of the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation from 07.04.2017, the payment documents for the month contain two subperiods:

Electricity consumed up to and including April 6, 2017 — billed at the old pricesElectricity consumed from April 7, 2017 — billed at the new prices.

As with any change in electricity prices, this change will be reflected once in the electricity bills. ENERGO-PRO gave its customers the opportunity to make a self-report of their readings when the new prices come into force. Invoicing for customers who have not submitted data is in accordance with the regulated method — proportional division of the reported quantities into the days before and after the price change. Depending on the reporting period, invoices contain a different number of days at the old and new price.

The average bill of households in the territory serviced by ENERGO-PRO for the month of April is BGN 39.97. Information on individual accounts is available in the “Account Verification” section of the company's website at https://www.energo-pro.bg/. Details about electricity consumption and issued invoices customers of ENERGO-PRO can be obtained on the national phone 0700 1 61 61 or by email service@energo-pro.bg.
