Working cash desks for paying electricity bills on weekends

In connection with the officially declared holidays in the country, on September 22 and 23 the online cash desks of the company and its partners from Bulgarian Post and Information Service will not work. Customers who have failed to pay their electricity bills can do so on September 24 and 25, when the country's post offices will operate with standard Saturday and Sunday business hours. Obligations can also be paid in all non-cash ways that the company provides.

During the holiday weekends, no repair works are planned on the electricity distribution network in North-East Bulgaria. 60 on-duty teams of the electricity distribution company will respond promptly in the event of damage to the facilities. During the period 21 - 25 September, the company will not stop the electricity supply to its customers who have failed to pay their bills on time.

During the four days off, ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Centers will not work. The company's telephone line 0700 1 61 61 will be available 24 hours a day for alerts and information.
