A record number of settlements will be visited by ENERGO-PRO specialists in the first stage of the campaign for exported offices for 2019

Next week begins the first stage of the ENERGO-PRO project “Exported offices” for 2019 at the service of the company's customers. The initiative, which was launched 6 years ago, has enabled thousands of electricity users in Northeastern Bulgaria to use the company's services without having to visit any of the service centers. The first offices exported for this year will be in Veliko Tarnovo district, and within two weeks ENERGO-PRO specialists will visit a total of 36 small settlements on the territory of the district.

In mobile reception rooms, customers can use most of the services offered by the company, thus saving time and money for traveling to the respective regional or municipal city, where ENERGO-PRO has permanently functioning customer service centers. Every visitor to an outbound office has the opportunity to submit documents for changing the account holder, apply for and use cashless services, get advice on the process of connecting a new facility to the electricity distribution network, ask their questions about electricity supply and submit up-to-date information about their correspondence data. During his visit, the client must provide the specialists of ENERGO-PRO with an identity document and a document of ownership of the property.
