For the third month, the management of ENERGO-PRO meets with clients in the territory of North-East Bulgaria according to a previously announced schedule. The initiative was launched in February as part of the “At the service of the customer” campaign. With the organization of reception days of the top management of the company in different cities in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Razgrad, the citizens are given the opportunity for an open dialogue with the management of the company. The purpose of regular management meetings is to create the possibility of constant personal contact with customers as a prerequisite for higher awareness of both citizens about the company's services and management about people's real problems.

During the meetings, customers can ask directly to the manager of ENERGO-PRO Stefan Abadzhiev and the Director of Customer Service Maria Dimitrova the questions that concern them about the service, the regulatory and regulatory framework in the energy sector, as well as other specific cases related to the company's activities. The managers of the regional service centers of the respective area, as well as other representatives of the management staff of the company, also take part in the reception days.

The schedule of reception days during this week includes the following cities:

April 9 (Wednesday) — city of Ruse, in the building of ENERGO-PRO at the address: ul. “Mostova” № 6; 10 April (Thursday) — Veliko Tarnovo, in the building of the Municipality; 11 April (Friday) — the city of Varna, in the building of ENERGO-PRO at the address: ul. “Devnya” № 2, fl. 2.
