The management of ENERGO-PRO held the fourth reception day in the city of Varna
The opportunity to meet and directly dialogue with representatives of the management aroused great interest among the residents of the region, and the schedule for the reception day was fully filled
Due to the great interest on the part of customers, yesterday, June 18, 2014, ENERGO-PRO again organized a reception day in Varna. This is the fourth opportunity that the company provides to residents of the maritime capital and the district for direct contact with representatives of senior management. Traditionally, the meetings were hosted by the company's manager, Stefan Abadzhiev, the Director of Customer Service, Maria Dimitrova, and the Director of Network Strategy and Development, Krasimir Ivanov.
A main topic among those put up for discussion during the meetings yesterday was the connection of objects to the company's electricity distribution network. Varna is a region with an intensively developing infrastructure and the connection of newly built buildings to the network is most often present among the issues that excite customers.
“As we have repeatedly warned, the company has been placed in survival mode as a result of the latest price decisions of the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation. We are forced to work in conditions of strong financial constraints and reduced volume of investments, which inevitably has an impact on the pace of development of the electricity distribution network in North-East Bulgaria. This form of direct communication with our clients enables us to seek joint solutions to specific cases that require an individual approach and expert analysis of the circumstances. Despite our difficulties, we strive to respond adequately to their problems and find the best solution within our capabilities that would satisfy them, “said Mr. Abadzhiev.
During the meetings, issues related to joint work on investment projects, the development of large-scale construction sites and the construction of facilities from the electricity distribution network were also discussed.
