The management of ENERGO-PRO held another reception day for customers in Varna
This is the second meeting in a row at which residents of the maritime capital and the district can put their questions in a direct dialogue with the management of the company. There is also a third reception day in Varna on April 30.
For the second time in a row, the management of ENERGO-PRO organized today, April 11, 2014, reception day in Varna. The interest of the residents of Varna and the residents of the district for meeting with the management staff of the company is extremely high. In addition to Stefan Abadzhiev, Manager of ENERGO-PRO, Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service and Anatoly Mtev, Manager of Distribution Service Center Varna, also participated on the reception day.
Since the beginning of February, meetings of the senior management with the company's clients have been held in all major cities of North-Eastern Bulgaria, and in some of them, including the city of Varna, they have been repeated.
“The initiative is permanent and enjoys increasing popularity. Every week the management visits a city in the northeastern regions of Bulgaria, and from the beginning of May we will hold reception days in small municipalities. Proof of this is that for the second time we are holding a reception day in Varna and we are planning a third, for which the list of those wishing is again full. For us, it is a sign that the direction we have taken is the right one and people are taking advantage of the opportunity we give them. On the other hand, regular personal contact with our customers allows us to closely monitor the problems that concern them from the sphere of our activity and actively seek a solution within our capabilities. Very often people take advantage of meeting with us to seek advice or simply consult. Among the topics discussed today at the reception day in Varna were both more specific issues that required in-depth analysis and individual approach, as well as standard ones related to electricity consumption and prices, the regulatory base in the energy sector and the investment intentions of the company in the region.
One of the visitors to the reception day, Mr. S. Ivanov shared: “In the last months, since I have relations with ENERGO-PRO, there have been unspecified things regarding the contracts that I have to conclude for the annexation of my site. So I asked for a meeting with management. For me, the meeting was useful. I got the answers I needed.”
“I met with the management of ENERGO-PRO in connection with the annexation of a residential building. I wanted more information about the process, which is why I sought assistance from the company executives. I am satisfied with the meeting and I expect the issue to be resolved.”, shared another customer of the electricity distribution company.
Varna is a region that is developing intensively and attracts significant investment interests. This means that it is extremely important that the electricity distribution network is developed so that new users can join in and the technical capacity of the facilities to meet the growing demand. “However, the regulatory framework puts us in a complicated situation — on the one hand, as a power distribution company, we have to provide the necessary electricity infrastructure to enable the connection of new buildings, and on the other hand, the three-fold reduction in the price of electricity in 2013 deprived us of the opportunity to make investments and develop the grid in Northeastern Bulgaria. Many of the clients we met during the reception day in Varna asked questions related to the addition of newly built buildings. Despite the conditions of strong restrictions, we try individually with each client to find a solution to his case within the possibilities.”, explained the manager of ENERGO-PRO Stefan Abadzhiev.
