Electricity production from wind and photovoltaic plants in Northeastern Bulgaria will be limited by 40% on May 10

The production of electricity from solar farms and wind power plants connected to the power distribution network of ENERGO-PRO Grids will be limited tomorrow, May 10, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The limitation of 40% of electricity production from renewable sources (RES) is at the discretion of the Electricity System Operator, due to the need to maintain a balance between production and consumption in the electricity system. The order does not apply to power plants connected to Kavarna and Balchik substations. The company is notifying the plants, which tomorrow must limit their production.
