ENERGO-PRO employees carried out reconstruction of the low-voltage overhead power distribution network in the village of Kalipetrovo

Employees of ENERGO-PRO Grids from Silistra carried out reconstruction of the low-voltage overhead power distribution network in the village of Kalipetrovo. 1200 meters of existing wire were replaced with a new twisted insulated wire. In this way, security of electricity supply is ensured and the quality of electricity supplied to nearly 40 households in the village has been significantly improved. 1200 meters of street lighting wires have also been replaced.

Until now, the existing network was built dozens of years ago and was designed to take on a certain load. However, in recent years, electricity consumption has grown significantly, which necessitated reconstruction. The new wire has better technical performance, more reliable and more resistant to weathering.

We remind you that at the beginning of this year ENERGO-PRO replaced the damped reinforced concrete poles from the overhead power distribution network of Kalipetrovo with new ones. More than 4,500 people live in the village. In the area there are a number of enterprises and companies directly related to the development, both of Kalipetrovo and the regional center of Silistra. The stability of the power supply is an important factor for their normal functioning.
