ENERGO-PRO specialists received more than 4,000 clients in exported offices in 2017
ENERGO-PRO held the last stage of the campaign for exported offices for 2017. Last week, customer service specialists visited 10 small settlements on the territory of Varna region, bringing the total number of organized reception centers for the year to 64.
As part of the campaign for the fourth consecutive year, ENERGO-PRO provided the opportunity to its customers in small settlements on the territory of North-East Bulgaria to take advantage of services that require a visit to the company's customer center. The most frequently requested services in the reception rooms organized by ENERGO-PRO were changing the account holder and advising on various procedures related to the services offered by the company.
During the exported offices held this year, more than 4,000 customers were welcomed and served. They appreciated the opportunity to be consulted by the specialists of ENERGO-PRO without having to travel to a customer center in the respective regional city. The customer service teams provided assistance and gave competent advice on all issues related to electricity consumption. A large part of the visitors used their visit to the exported offices to provide up-to-date contact details, which guarantees them successful and effective communication with the company. All meetings with customers took place with the kind assistance of the local administration, which provided a comfortable room for the residents of the respective locality.
The ENERGO-PRO initiative to conduct outsourced offices in small settlements was launched in 2014. The company's specialists visited hundreds of locations and consulted thousands of clients. The company will continue to provide the opportunity to conveniently and efficiently serve its customers in small settlements in the coming year as well.
