ENERGO-PRO specialists welcomed nearly 2000 clients in exported offices in 2018

ENERGO-PRO held the last stage of the campaign for exported offices for 2018, within which customer service specialists visited 10 small settlements in Varna. Thus, the total number of organized reception centers for the year reached 81, covering all areas of the territory served by ENERGO-PRO.

During the exported offices ENERGO-PRO gives its customers in small settlements in the territory of North-East Bulgaria the opportunity to take advantage of services that require a visit to the company's customer center. In the reception rooms organized in 2018, customers most often took advantage of the opportunity to change the holder of an electricity batch, as well as to update their contact details.

For the successful operation of the exported offices this year, two teams of ENERGO-PRO specialists were engaged, who in a total of 9 weeks welcomed and served nearly 2,000 customers. All visitors positively appreciated the opportunity provided by the company to be consulted on various issues related to electricity consumption without having to travel to the relevant district center. Meetings with clients took place in cooperation with the local administration, which provided a suitable and convenient room for the residents of the respective locality.

ENERGO-PRO received numerous invitations for new meetings on the project for outsourced offices from both clients and municipal and mayoral administrations.
