The average household electricity bill for January is 6% lower than last year

The average value of invoices for consumed electricity of ENERGO-PRO's domestic customers is 6% lower compared to the same month of 2015. This is indicated by the analyzes of the company, which supplies electricity to nearly 1 million domestic customers in the regions of Varna, Shumen, Dobrich, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse, Targovishte, Razgrad and Silistra.

The average consumption of households in Northeastern Bulgaria in January was BGN 48.53, which is BGN 3 less compared to the average consumption in the same month of 2015. At the same time, the average January household bill is BGN 8 higher than in December 2015. The reason for this is that the January invoices include consumption during the Christmas and New Year holidays, as well as that during the cold days in early January.

The indicated values are calculated on the basis of average consumption of domestic customers. The account of each individual client depends on his individual consumption during the reporting period.
