The autumn campaign for exported offices of ENERGO-PRO has started

Today, October 8, began the visit of teams of Customer Service specialists in small settlements in North-East Bulgaria within the framework of the “Exported Offices” campaign of ENERGO-PRO. Its autumn edition will last until October 18 and customers will be served in a total of 4 cities - Provadia, Kavarna, Tryavna and Sevlievo, and in each locality the teams will be for 2 working days from 10 am to 4 pm.

The campaign for exported offices is organized annually in the service of ENERGO-PRO customers residing in settlements where the company does not have a Client Center. Thus, visitors to the mobile reception rooms can use various services without having to travel to nearby regional cities. The company's specialists will provide assistance to each client regarding the change of the batch holder, the connection of a new object to the electricity distribution network and other services that do not require cash payment. It is necessary for the client to present an identity document and a document certifying the ownership of the property to which the relevant service relates.
