The next stage of ENERGO-PRO's evicted offices campaign will begin with a visit to small settlements, in which reception facilities were already organized earlier this year, but due to high interest from residents in the area, they will be visited again. These are the villages of Durankulak, Dobrich region, Krushetto and Konstantin, Veliko Tarnovo region. The exported offices will be held on 04.09.2017 in the village of Krusheto, on 05.09.2017 in the village of Konstantin and on 12.09.2017 in the village of Durankulak. The reception rooms will open from 10.00 to 14.00, and the meetings with the clients will take place with the courtesy of the local administration, which provides ENERGO-PRO with a comfortable room in the town hall of the respective village.

The initiative for exported offices traditionally started in the spring, and in the first stages this year a total of 42 small settlements in the territory of 5 districts were visited. ENERGO-PRO specialists consulted and offered services of the company to more than 1500 customers.

During the exported offices, customers can start a procedure for changing the account holder, get advice on the process of connecting a new facility to the electricity distribution network and take advantage of other services of ENERGO-PRO companies. Only there will be no possibility to pay tariffs and services in the exported office itself. In order to take advantage of the services of the reception facilities on site, clients should bring a document of identity and ownership of the property. The company's specialists will use their meeting with each client to renew, if necessary, his data in the client system, which creates the opportunity for faster and more efficient communication between the company and its customers.

The campaign for ENERGO-PRO offices will continue in September with a visit to 10 small settlements on the territory of Shumen and Targovishte districts. The schedule for holding meetings with clients will be published in advance on the company's website.
