The campaign for exported offices of ENERGO-PRO has been launched in 2018

For the fifth year in a row ENERGO-PRO has organized export offices at the service of its customers from small settlements in the territory of North-East Bulgaria. The first stage of the 2018 campaign will be held in Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo districts. In mobile reception rooms, customers can take advantage of all ENERGO-PRO cashless services without the need to visit the Customer Center of the company.

Within the next two weeks ENEGRO-PRO Customer Service specialists will visit 20 small settlements on the territory of the two districts. Reception sessions will operate from 10 am to 2 pm and will be held in accessible premises in key buildings for the respective locality. Exported offices have already been held in the first four settlements with great interest from residents.

By visiting an exported office, ENERGO-PRO customers can use a number of services of the company — initiating a procedure for changing the account holder, consulting on the process of connecting a new facility to the electricity distribution network, reports on individual electricity consumption and others. In parallel with the use of any of the offered services, each client who came to the mobile reception rooms of ENERGO-PRO can conveniently and quickly update their customer data. It is necessary to provide the company's specialists with an identity document, a document of ownership of the property, as well as up-to-date contact information, which will ensure effective communication with the company if necessary.

Last year, within the framework of the initiative for exported offices at the service of the client, more than 60 small settlements throughout North-East Bulgaria were visited. ENERGO-PRO's customer service teams provided assistance and provided competent advice on all issues related to electricity consumption to more than 4,000 customers of the company.
