Hundreds of satisfied customers of ENERGO-PRO in the first stage of the mobile service office campaign

Last week, the first stage of the ENERGO-PRO initiative for the organization of exported offices for customer service was held for 2017. The project, launched three years ago, aims to make it easier for the company's customers to use services that require a personal visit to the Service Center. Mobile offices are organized in small settlements, enabling residents to take advantage of ENERGO-PRO services easily and without traveling.

Teams of specialists of the company visited 19 locations in Silistren and Dobrichka regions and served nearly 500 clients. The reception was organized with the assistance of the town halls and municipal administrations. The possibility of service provided by ENERGO-PRO in the settlement was received extremely positively by the residents in the area. The visitors used the convenience of the outsourced offices to benefit above all from the services of changing the lot holder and updating the customer data.

The ENERGO-PRO initiative will continue in the coming months, and at the end of May exported offices will be held on the territory of Ruse district. The schedule for the reception will be published in advance on the website of ENERGO-PRO.
