This week begins the autumn campaign for offices exported by ENERGO-PRO

From October 4, ENERGO-PRO Customer Service teams start their tour in small towns in North-East Bulgaria. The visits of ENERGO-PRO's “Customer Service” specialists in small settlements of the serviced territory are organized both on the initiative of the company and at the invitation of the local authority. In each settlement, mobile receptions are held within one day, during which visitors have the opportunity to update their customer data, receive information on topics related to the connection and electricity supply of objects, request and use cashless services, discuss individual cases and others. It is necessary to have an identity document on their visit.
