The manager of ENERGO-PRO met with citizens in Ruse

Today in his reception room in the city of Ruse, the manager of ENERGO-PRO Stefan Abadzhiev welcomed the new clients who wanted to ask their questions directly to the management. The head of one of the main directions in the company “Customer Service”, Maria Dimitrova and the manager of Regional Service Center Ruse, Christofor Filev, also participated in the meetings with the citizens.

The interest in the initiative of the company's management continues to grow and in response to the customer activity the company continued to organize reception days with the management staff in all regional centers, with meetings to be held in Veliko Tarnovo and Varna by the end of the week.

The topics that the clients discussed with the management today in Ruse were related to the accession of new sites, rescheduling of accumulated electricity obligations, increasing the capacity of sites, as well as a number of specific issues related to electricity infrastructure, property disputes and joint use of sites and facilities. The management advises clients on issues related to the legal and regulatory framework in the energy sector, as well as opportunities to increase the efficiency of their consumption.
