Notification to the owners or users of the studios in connection with changes in the ZT

ENERGO-PRO SALES AD informs its customers that according to amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning, promulgated in the State Gazette No. 16 of 23.02.2021, studios in residential buildings and in mixed-use buildings will already be considered as dwellings. As a result, customers, owners or users of the studios, can request a change of the type of customer from non-residential to domestic, in case they consume electricity for domestic needs. In accordance with the current legislation, domestic customers have the opportunity to obtain electricity on a regulated market. Customers of ENERGO-PRO SALES AD, who are supplied with electricity under the terms of a type contract, should bear in mind that it is intended only for non-domestic customers. The change must be requested at the same time to the network operator and the provider.
