Notification on a change in the schedule for payment of obligations of non-domestic customers for electricity as of 30.09.2020

According to the amendments to the Energy Act (General Tax Act, issue 57 of 26.06.2020), as of 01.10.2020, all non-domestic customers whose facilities are connected to the electricity distribution network at a low voltage level should purchase electricity at freely negotiated prices, i.e. on a free market. Until 30.09.2020, including, the supply of electricity to non-domestic customers was provided by ENERGO-PRO Sales AD, in its capacity as final supplier, at regulated prices. In compliance with the legal requirements, the company published on its website a list of non-domestic customers affected by the changes and sent individual notification letters about the discontinuation of the supply at regulated prices.

In connection with the termination of contractual relations between non-domestic customers and ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the sale of electricity at regulated prices as of 30.09.2020 We inform you that the company will issue a final invoice in its capacity as a final supplier. The final invoice for the consumed electricity until 30.09.2020, inclusive, will be with a different payment term compared to the usual (standard so far), as follows:

- The final invoice of non-domestic customers who had a standard payment term until the 1st of the month will be with a payment deadline of 27.10.2020, instead of 01.11.2020;

- The final invoice of non-domestic customers who had a standard payment term until the 10th of the month will be with a deadline for payment until 27.10.2020, instead of 10.11.2020;

A change in the deadline for payment of the final invoice is not required for non-domestic customers who had a standard payment term until the 15th of the month, or who pay their obligations through “Bulgarian Posts” EAD and have a standard payment term until the 25th of the month.
