Plumbing Dobrich partially paid off its obligations for electricity
In the last few days, Dobrich Plumbing has paid a large part of the amount due for electricity, but full repayment of the debt has not yet been achieved in accordance with the signed Memorandum of Understanding. The management of the water company took urgent measures to solve the problem and repay the accumulated debts. We appreciate their efforts to deal with the situation in a timely manner and prevent the unpleasant consequences for the residents of Dobrich and the region. At the same time, despite our understanding and concern for the public interest, we cannot afford to put at risk the financial stability of our company and the security of the electricity supply of our customers throughout North-East Bulgaria.
Unfortunately, the amount contributed by Dobrich Plumbing partially covers the obligations for consumed electricity of the water supply company. Therefore, despite the efforts of the management to repay the debt, the situation remains critical, and the schedule for the planned power outage of the company's facilities next week has not been canceled.
On Monday, August 26, 2013, a phased shutdown of the supply of water supply facilities of Dobrich water supply, which are not directly connected to the water supply in the area, began. All objects are pre-agreed with the water company. The district governor and the mayor of the Municipality of Dobrich have been informed about the impending interruption.
The joint meeting of the Manager of ENERGO-PRO Varna, Mr. Stefan Abadzhiev, with the Manager of Water Supply Dobrich, Mr. Julian Ivanov and the District Manager, Mr. Nedko Marchev, is scheduled for August 26, 2013, to discuss the measures to achieve a lasting solution to the problem as soon as possible. We will inform you further about the results of the meeting.
