More and more ENERGO-PRO customers use electronic channels to inform themselves about their electricity consumption
ENERGO-PRO continues the successful practice of providing its customers with various convenient and affordable ways to get informed about everything they need for their electricity consumption.
On its homepage at https://www.energo-pro.bg/, the company offers the “Account Verification” function, the data for which is updated at the end of each working day. At the exit of obligations in the system, the deadline for their repayment is also indicated. The ENERGO-PRO website registered extremely high traffic, with over 24,000,000 visits recorded over a period of one year, of which about 20,000,000 were specifically on the account verification page.
The company also developed an “Information portal for domestic customers” https://portal.energo-pro-sales.bg/. The portal is accessible from the homepage of ENERGO-PRO. It gives non-profit electricity users the opportunity to check the size of their monthly bill for a period of three years back. The graph in perspective reflects the changes in consumption by reporting periods in both day and night tariffs. On the Internet address of the portal by customer number and when entering an invoice number from the last one year, anyone who wishes can analyze and compare the data on their electricity consumption during the different months of this three-year period.
The ENERGO-PRO website also updates the information on possible planned interruptions and disruptions in the power supply due to servicing, prevention and repair of the facilities from the electricity distribution network. Periodically, reporting schedules are published, as well as individual payment schedules to household and business customers of the company.
Other channels of information that the company has provided are the ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Centers, telephone 0700 1 61 61 and email service@energo-pro.bg for regulated market, as well as telephone*6161 and email service_freemarket@energo-pro.bg for free market.
