Todos os visitadores a las bureaux exportadas de la empresa a la kampanja “Win con ENERGO-PRO”
During this week and next, Customer Service specialists will visit 12 new small settlements in North-East Bulgaria as part of the company's spring campaign for exported offices. The new locations for consulting and customer service are located on the territory of Shumen and Veliko Tarnovo regions.
By visiting one of the exported offices of ENERGO-PRO, customers have the opportunity to update their data and participate in the “Win with ENERGO-PRO” campaign, in which every month 12 lucky winners receive a voucher for an energy-efficient electrical appliance.
As before, visitors to exported offices can take advantage of the various services offered by ENERGO-PRO without having to travel to the customer center of the company in the respective regional city. The company's specialists will provide assistance to each client in the reception rooms on changing the holder of the lot, joining a new object to the electricity distribution network and other services that do not require cash payment. In order to use the services offered in the exported offices, it is necessary for the clients to provide an identity document and a document of ownership of the property for which they wish to use the relevant service.
In autumn ENERGO-PRO plans to continue the campaign to visit small settlements in other areas of the territory of North-East Bulgaria.
