ENERGO-PRO Summer Program “First Steps in Career” has been completed

For the second year in a row ENERGO-PRO held a summer training program “First steps in a career”, designed for students graduating from 12th grade and final year students studying specialties in the field of Energy. The project is implemented within three weeks in the period June/July 2017, and its main objective is to acquaint the participants with the duties of the position of Electrician in the maintenance and repair of power lines and networks, substations and commercial metering devices. During training, young people receive remuneration and must comply with the same rules of safety and labor discipline that their colleagues in the company observe.

Mentors in the daily work of the participants were established experts in ENERGO-PRO Networks, who provided theoretical and practical training on the processes and main activities for servicing and safe maintenance of the electricity distribution network in North-East Bulgaria. Young specialists accompanied the teams in the implementation of the assigned tasks and monitored all stages of the workflow on the operational maintenance of electrical equipment.

All participants in the “First Steps in Career” program expressed their willingness and willingness to continue their development in the field of Energy, and ENERGO-PRO will be their first choice when applying for a permanent position in the field.
