Residents from Shumen and the region met with the management of ENERGO-PRO
Twelve clients joined the schedule for the reception day in the city to discuss various case studies with the managers of the company
Today was another “Leadership Acceptance Day” of ENERGO-PRO. This time, the initiative, part of the campaign “At the service of the customer”, was held in Shumen, where customers of the company from the city and the district consulted with the representatives of the management on various cases.
The meetings were hosted by Stefan Abadzhiev, manager of ENERGO-PRO. The management team of the company was attended by Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service and Diyan Hristov, Manager of Distribution Service Center Shumen and Targovishte. Mr. Ivan Kapralov, Ombudsman of the Municipality of Shumen, also participated in the reception day. He participates in the reception day, as a goodwill mediator in order to get acquainted with the issues that clients wish to discuss with the managers of ENERGO-PRO.
Residents of the Shumen district showed great interest in the initiative, with twelve of them subscribing to the meeting schedule to address their questions to the company's management.
In most cases, ENERGO-PRO executives provided legal and expert advice to clients on issues that were beyond ENERGO-PRO's competence. Many questions asked during the meetings, although they were related to electricity, could not be solved by the company, as they concern complex relationships between neighbors, relatives and co-owners of property. In such situations, the company cannot take a stance, since the law puts the energy company in very clear and narrow frames. First of all, ENERGO-PRO is responsible for servicing the electrical network up to the limit of its ownership, which is the customer's electricity meter. In cases where it comes to cases related to the power supply after the meter in the client's property, the company's experts can only help people with legal advice on how to approach their problems and which institutions to turn to for competent intervention. Another part of the cases involved questions about electricity bills. Customers were provided with detailed reports on their consumption in past periods, they were explained in detail why their bills are like this and what period they cover.
The cases that the clients presented during the reception day in the city of Shumen were related to various regulatory requirements and procedures, which are mandatory by law and the company is responsible for their compliance, as they are enshrined in the Energy Law and a series of by-laws.
On Wednesday, March 12, “Leadership Acceptance Day” will be held in the city of Targovishte.
