The companies of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group submitted to CEVR price applications for network fees and final delivery to domestic users for the territory of North-East Bulgaria

In accordance with the requirements of the regulations, Elektrodistribuenie Sever and ENERGO-PRO Sales submitted their applications to the EWRC on time for the necessary annual revenues and prices for the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

The pricing elements requested for validation are in accordance with the current regulatory framework, practice and guidelines of the EWRC, as well as with the requirements of Ordinance No. 1 of 14.03.2017. The applications do not reflect the demands and price changes of the other regulated companies in the financially connected chain from production to final delivery, and therefore the cost of access and transmission through the distribution network and the final prices for domestic consumers cannot be reliably calculated.

The regulator's approach and assessment of each of the pricing elements are decisive for the final outcome and will be the subject of discussion and discussion in accordance with the regulatory procedure in the coming months.
