ENERGO-PRO Grids teams are ready to eliminate accidents during the holidays

The emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO Networks are ready to react in case of accidents on the electricity distribution network during the holidays from 1 to 6 May in the territory of North-East Bulgaria, in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad.

The teams, which during the holidays will be on duty on schedule, are equipped with the necessary means of communication, cars and tools. In the event of large-scale breakdowns, the company is ready to form additional groups in order to restore power supply to customers as quickly as possible.

ENERGO-PRO Grids has engaged technical staff who will perform regular reporting of customers' electricity consumption during the holidays. The aim is to ensure a standard reporting period for customer consumption for the month of May and to prevent the inclusion of more days in the accounts due to the accumulation of holidays around Easter and St.

Customers who have failed to pay for the electricity they consume on time can also do so on public holidays. On May 2 and 4, cash desks will operate on duty. Immediately before the holidays ENERGO-PRO Grids will not interrupt the electricity supply of customers who have failed to pay their electricity bill on time.
