The company is a finalist with its "Sales Structure Onboarding" and "Electrician" programs

ENERGO-PRO was awarded third place in the Employee Onboarding category at the Forbes HR & Employer Branding Awards and was a finalist in the Talent Attraction category. The company entered the competition with two of its key human resources initiatives: the "Sales Structure Onboarding" program by ENERGO-PRO Energy Services and the "Electrician" training program.

The ENERGO-PRO "Sales Structure Onboarding" program was developed to provide a structured and consistent start for newly hired sales staff and prepare them for independent work within 50 days. The process begins even before the first day of work with a Pre-Boarding stage, after which new employees follow a standardized training path consisting of practical tasks, mentorship, and assessments. The training covers product and business knowledge, as well as practical skills in telephone sales, client meetings, negotiations, and managing complex customer situations.

In the "Talent Attraction" category, ENERGO-PRO participated with its "Electrician" program, created in response to the shortage of qualified technical specialists in the energy sector. It provides an opportunity for individuals without prior experience in the power industry to acquire professional qualifications while working at the company and training under the guidance of experienced electricians.

"For us, this award is a recognition not just of individual HR initiatives, but of our consistent approach to people development. Both programs were created with a clear goal: to provide real opportunities for professional growth while simultaneously meeting specific business needs. We believe that a company's sustainable development begins with investing in its people," commented Diyan Borisov, Human Resources Director at ENERGO-PRO.

The Forbes HR & Employer Branding Awards recognize successful practices in human capital management and employer branding. Finalists are determined based on implemented initiatives, their effectiveness, and the results achieved.

The final ranking in two categories at the HR & Employer Branding Awards is further recognition of ENERGO-PRO's efforts to foster an environment where people can acquire new knowledge, develop their professional skills, and build long-term careers.
