Working in severe weather conditions and using a drone, ERP Sever teams located and repaired network faults in the Shabla region.

Adverse weather conditions, including strong winds and heavy rain over the past two days, caused faults in the power distribution network in the Shabla region. ERP Sever teams worked actively in the field to locate and repair the damage and restore power to the affected customers.
One of the main challenges was locating a fault in a difficult-to-access area. To address this, employees from the Dobrich and Silistra Distribution Service Centers used a drone to survey the area and pinpoint the exact location of the damage.
The inspection revealed a damaged surge arrester—a protective device that shields electrical equipment from overvoltage—with the damage caused by the adverse weather conditions.
As of 8:00 a.m. this morning, five settlements with a total of approximately 1,800 customers were without power. Thanks to the efforts of the teams, power has now been restored to all settlements.
ERP Sever teams remain on standby to respond to any potential deterioration in weather conditions.
