ENERGO-PRO warns that it does not use hidden or foreign numbers to contact customers

The company received a report from Dobrich about frequent cases of misuse of the name of ENERGO-PRO. Calls to customers from people who call from a phone with a hidden or foreign number and pose as employees of the energy company are recorded. As an occasion for the call, misleading information is most often used that the customer's electricity meter has been unsealed.

ENERGO-PRO distinguishes itself from such attempts to abuse customers and specifies that it has no practice of using hidden or foreign numbers to contact them. For the safety of their work, technical inspection and prevention of the means of commercial measurement is carried out regularly by the company's specialists.
