ENERGO-PRO Sales organizes a public discussion of the draft of new General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Electric Energy

ENERGO-PRO Sales has launched a procedure for public discussion of the draft General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Electric Energy (OU). In accordance with the requirements of the Energy Act, the OU will regulate the rights and obligations of the electricity supply company and all electricity consumers connected to the electricity distribution network at the low voltage level.

On June 14, 2013, the company published the project of the OU on the website www.energo-pro.bg and in all customer service centers. For a month, customers and consumer organizations had the opportunity to get acquainted with the content of the project and submit their suggestions and comments by e-mail, by phone 0700 161 61 or to the correspondence address of the company in Varna.

Proposals regarding the content of the General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Electricity customers can also submit during the public discussion that ENERGO-PRO Sales will hold on 16.07.2013 from 15:00 in Hall 4 (“Press Center”) of the Festival and Congress Center, on Blvd. “Slivnitsa” № 2 in Varna.
