There are no customers with a reporting period longer than 31 days, which is the regulatory requirement specified in the General Terms and Conditions of ENERGO-PRO. This was confirmed by ENERGO-PRO to the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) during a targeted inspection by the Commission, carried out on December 29, with the subject of compliance with the requirements of the General Conditions for the accounting period of consumed electricity.

ENERGO-PRO strictly complies with the regulatory requirements that the consumed electricity be reported monthly, for a period not exceeding 31 days. The company provided KZP with documents that showed that in the territory of North-East Bulgaria the report was carried out correctly and according to a preliminary schedule, and that the regulatory requirement for a 31-day report of the Rules for measuring the amount of electric energy and the General Conditions for access and transmission of electricity through the electricity distribution network is strictly observed.

During the reporting period October-November, 0.31% of the company's customers were subjected to a repeated manual report due to the lack of connection with the system for remote reading of electricity meter data found on the date of the report. In another 0.17% of the clients, a re-verification of the data was carried out on the spot, triggered by the internal system of ENERGO-PRO for quality control of the reported data.

In individual cases, the customer's electricity meter was replaced, which made it necessary to change the reporting date. Last but not least, there are customers of ENERGO-PRO Networks who have not provided the accountants with access to the electricity meter. We are talking about electricity meters that are located on the subscriber's property or in premises that subscribers have locked.

In conclusion, in order to strictly comply with the requirement for a reporting period of no more than 31 days, the company's employees also carry out reporting on holidays and weekends according to the previously drawn up monthly schedules. Any customer who wishes to check their individual reporting period can do so on the company's website - www.energo-pro.bg or on the 24-hour phone 0700 161 61.
