Successful graduates will earn a Level III professional qualification and the opportunity for permanent employment with the company

Electrodistribution North is launching a new edition of its paid training program, offering people interested in the electrical engineering field, but lacking the necessary professional qualifications, the chance to learn a trade and start a career at the company.

The program builds upon the successfully implemented model for training and retraining electrician candidates. Theoretical preparation is conducted entirely remotely with an instructor, while practical training takes place in the field alongside experienced ERP North electricians. To participate in the online classes, the company provides each trainee with a mobile phone and a SIM card for internet access.

A key feature of this edition is that upon successfully passing the exams, participants will receive a certificate for a Level III professional qualification as an "Electrician," recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science. This qualification allows them to subsequently reach the highest level—the 5th qualification group for electrical safety—which is required to perform the full scope of duties for electricians at the company.

The training is fully funded by ERP North, and an employment contract is signed with each approved candidate at the start of the program. Upon successful completion, participants are offered the opportunity to continue their professional development in a permanent position at the company.

For this new edition, ERP North is seeking candidates for the position of "Junior Electrician" in 26 locations across its licensed territory. The job postings are available on Jobs.bg and in the "Careers" section of the ENERGO-PRO corporate website.
