CEFR approved new electricity prices for domestic customers from January 1, 2025.
According to Decision C-3 of 01.01.2025 of the EWRC, from January 1, 2025, new electricity prices in North-East Bulgaria enter into force.
For household customers of ENERGO-PRO the prices are as follows: daily tariff — 0,24269 BGN/kWh, night tariff — 0,13755 BGN/kWh, excluding VAT. The estimated average increase is 8.55%.
The increase in final prices is due to the increase in the price at which the public supplier NEK sells electricity to final suppliers, as well as the increase in the established prices for technological costs.
In connection with the change in electricity prices, ENERGO-PRO will make it possible to self-report the readings of consumers. Customers wishing to take advantage of this opportunity on a regulated market can submit the meter data, accompanied by a customer and subscriber number, by the end of the day on 06.01.2025 by e-mail info@erpsever.bg, by telephones 0700 1 61 61 or 0700 359 10, as well as in a convenient service center of the company in the regional cities. Self-reporting is not mandatory, and in case it does not receive data, the company will invoice the consumption according to the regulated methodology — proportional distribution of the reported quantities on the days before and after the change in force.
The change in the price will be reflected once in the invoices of ENERGO-PRO customers. All payment documents for the reporting period including the change will contain two sub-periods — the old period and the new price period. The number of days on the old and new price will be different depending on the reporting period of each client.
