Customers of ERP North will use an online register to connect new renewable energy capacities

A new customer facilitation service of ERP North is active from today on the company's website. In connection with the requirements of the new provision in Art. 28, para. 5 of the Law on Energy for Renewable Sources, ERP North AD has developed an electronic register, accessible in a virtual portal at the Internet address https://my.energo-pro.bg/. The purpose of the register is to provide electricity producers with real-time access to the current status of their applications for the connection of electricity production facilities from renewable energy sources. The electronic register will keep up-to-date information on the procedures for connecting the new RES capacities to the distribution network of ERP North AD, as well as their status in the Electricity System Operator EAD.

Investors wishing to access the virtual portal and the electronic register should submit a request for the issuance of a personal identification code (PIK) at the nearest Customer Service Center.
