New General Terms and Conditions for Working with Users of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD, in its capacity as a provider of last resort
By Decision No OU-5 of 25.07.2024 The Commission for Energy and Water Regulation approved “General Terms and Conditions of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort” (General Conditions for Supply by DPI) and “Rules for Working with Energy Service Users of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD, in its capacity as a supplier of last resort” (Rules for work with consumers). The decision was delivered to the company on 01.08.2024.
In fulfillment of the regulatory requirements today, 06.08.2024, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD published the General Terms and Conditions for Delivery by DPI and the Rules for Working with Consumers in one central and one local daily (24 hours and at noon). Morning), on its website and in all Customer Service Centers. The General Conditions of Delivery by DPI and the Rules for Working with Consumers will come into force from 05.09.2024 (30 days after their publication).
To enter into a contractual relationship under the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery by DPI, each new customer should submit a written application according to the company's model. The general terms and conditions of supply from DPI enter into force without express written acceptance and will apply to any customer who as of 05.09.2024 has concluded a contract with ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort or is supplied with electricity by the company, in its capacity as a supplier of last resort.
