In the period from December 24, 2022 to January 2, 2023. ENERGO-PRO will not interrupt the power supply of customers whose payment period for electricity bills has expired. Obligations can be paid through the Virtual Service Center at https://my.energo-pro.bg/,as well as in all the payment methods described on the company's website https://energo-pro.bg/bg/reguliran-pazar/bitovi-klienti/nachini-na-plashtane. It is necessary to provide that the amounts transferred by bank transfer or via the Internet enter the ENERGO-PRO system within two working days.
During the holidays, 62 on-call teams of the electricity distribution company, grouped by regions in North-East Bulgaria, will take care of the security of the customers' electricity supply. A process of continuous communication between teams and dispatchers in the network management centers is organized. In case of a possible increased emergency in bad weather conditions and created need, redeployment of teams will be carried out, as well as direct contact with the management staff of the company.
