Position of ENERGO-PRO Networks on the definition of CPC

ENERGO-PRO Networks disagrees with the claims of the Commission for Protection of Competition that the company abused a dominant position in the market of electricity distribution services to business users, as an operator of the electricity distribution network.

The company has always supported the development of the electricity market at freely negotiated prices and complies with the legally regulated requirements guaranteeing the normal course of the processes in the free trade of electricity. In order to facilitate and speed up the procedures for switching suppliers, customers and traders have been given the opportunity to submit an application online. The company has started the implementation of standardized load profiles (TUs) within the stipulated regulatory deadlines, has concluded framework contracts with traders.

ENERGO-PRO Networks will get acquainted with the reasons for the definition of the CPC and will present its arguments and objections to the CPC in accordance with the procedure established for this purpose.
